The work is intensive. While a solo founder building during nights and weekends might take eight to twelve months — often longer — we execute in roughly two. Not because corners are cut. Because the work is full-time, embedded, and runs in parallel across every domain the business needs at once.
Built-for-You is collaborative work, not a turnkey purchase. The client brings the vision — the business they want to own, the values it should reflect, the market they want to serve. We bring the expertise — competitive intelligence, color and brand psychology, operational design, financial structure, the patterns proven through five complete business cycles. We recommend. The client decides. Every meaningful decision is approved by the client before it gets built. The engagement requires real time and engagement from the client — not full-time, but real. The client owns what gets built because the client helped shape it.
The commercial structure is straightforward. A single project fee for the build itself, paid as a deposit at the start with the balance scheduled across the engagement. After launch, we can be retained for ongoing support — operations, marketing, advisory — at the client's discretion. The first engagement ends when the business runs. The second one begins only if both sides choose it.
